Thank you for choosing M and M Logistics Inc. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by M and M Logistics Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
1. Services Provided
M and M Logistics Inc. offers transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation of goods, and other related services. We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
- Booking: Services are booked through our online portal, phone, or email. Once a booking is confirmed, it is binding and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
- Payment: Payments for our services are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in delays in service or cancellation of the agreement.
- Rates: All service rates are subject to change without notice. Rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Currency: All payments should be made in [specify currency], unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the shipment, including the description, quantity, and value of goods.
- Compliance: Customers must ensure that their goods comply with all local, national, and international regulations and restrictions.
- Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly packed and labeled for transport. M and M Logistics Inc. is not liable for damage to goods resulting from improper packaging.
4. Liability and Limitations
- Damage or Loss: M and M Logistics Inc. takes every precaution to ensure the safe transport of goods. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or accidents.
- Liability Limit: Our liability for any loss or damage to goods is limited to the maximum allowed by law or the amount specified in the service agreement, whichever is lower.
- Insurance: Customers are advised to obtain insurance for their goods in transit. Insurance may be offered as an add-on service.
5. Force Majeure
M and M Logistics Inc. is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, or transportation issues.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Upon termination, the customer will be liable for any services rendered prior to the termination.
7. Returns and Refunds Policy
Our goal is to provide high-quality service. In the event of an issue with a service we provided, please review our return and refund process.
Return Policy for Shipping Services
Due to the nature of our services, transportation and logistics services are generally not subject to "returns" as physical products are. However, in the case of non-delivery, late delivery, or damaged goods, the following policies apply:
- Non-Delivery/Failed Delivery: If your shipment has not been delivered within the agreed time frame, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the cause of the delay and work with you to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Goods: If your goods arrive damaged, we require notification within 14 days of delivery. Photos and detailed descriptions of the damage should be provided, and we will assess the situation to determine liability.
- Claims for Lost Goods: Claims for lost goods must be filed within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims will be processed in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
- Refunds: If M and M Logistics Inc. is found liable for delays, damage, or loss of goods, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation and in accordance with our insurance policy.
Refunds for Shipping Services
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for services under certain conditions, including failure to provide the service as promised, unless delays are caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.).
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to complete. Refund amounts will be assessed based on the level of service and the situation.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Amendments
M and M Logistics Inc. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
